Despite all that however I would say overall Caliber is a good place to work and the bosses and pay are good for the labor. I can't give my full experience on this because I am not a person of color. I noticed some other power imbalances between my white coworkers and my coworkers who are people of color. Normally I have no issue when someone dislikes me but this was affecting how much work I was getting done in a day. She was rude and snapped at me quite often, yelling at me for things I had never been trained or told about. I wasn't too deterred by this because of the ability to listen to music but it started to become more of an issue when someone who was training me was blatantly homophobic. I received many glares and cold shoulders from many of my coworkers. Some workers would tell me I'm doing something wrong and make me do extra unnecessary work when peers that started later then I did were doing the same thing. I am a very visible lesbian and it was quite apparent when some didn't like me. The bosses were nice and the Team Leads were understanding. The pay was good and they let you listen to music through out the day. Caliber is a great place to work and has a very relaxed atmosphere.
